Recognizing the positive impact of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® on Indiana communities, our team of creatives developed thematic graphics for the main lobby, showcasing key landmarks, properties, neighborhoods, or natural features from each of the 92 Indiana counties. Named the “Community Wall,” these county graphics aim to amplify the voice of the REALTOR® members, highlighting why Indiana feels like home. Sycamore wood and preserved moss were incorporated to evoke a sense of home and symbolize land and property. The design seamlessly integrates the Indiana REALTOR® branding, with deep blue walls contrasting the wooden interior finishes.

As admirers of property history, the Indiana REALTORS® sought an experience that would interpret the history of their new headquarters, the Harrison Building. Located just across the street from the State Capitol building, the Harrison Building was once the Hotel Harrison, a popular hotel featuring a New Orleans-themed lounge and an adjacent restaurant called the Creole Room. A timeline wall was created to chronicle the story of the Harrison Building, detailing the evolution of downtown and the changes in the building’s ownership.
To formerly-acknowledge the history of the lobby, RLR designed a cast metal plaque with graphics interpreting the history of the Creole Room.

Crafting the content curation, planning, and visual design, our team created an interactive kiosk experience that celebrates the presidents of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® since its founding in 1913. The touchscreen kiosk was installed in the Indiana REALTORS® lobby space for visitors and staff to enjoy background information and interesting facts about each president.
